A VPN keeps a virtual lock on all of the information sent between your computer and the internet (a time when your information is subject to being hacked otherwise).

Keep your clothing tightly folded to allow for more room in your luggage.
Packing cubes also help you keep your suitcase more organized.
The best way to ensure your luggage doesn’t get permanently lost is to put an apple air tag in it.
That way if your luggage is lost, you can tell the airline exactly where it is so they can return it to you.
For extra help, tie a colorful ribbon on the handle so your luggage is easily identifiable among all of the other luggage that is the same type/color.

Make sure you have cards with low or no exchange fees and ideally order foreign currency ahead of time from your bank (you will usually get a better exchange rate than getting money from the ATM machine when you arrive at your destination, but do your research beforehand to see where you’ll have the better exchange rates).

For the mild headache, body ache or sprain.
*Prescription Meds
Whatever prescription meds you are supposed to be taking. If you are switching lots of time zones, be sure to ask your doctor what they suggest to stay on track with medications you have to take at certain times of day.
*Motion Sickness Meds
Less needed on an airplane unless you hit lots of turbulence but may definitely be needed for the road from the airport to your accommodation.
*Sleep Aid Meds
I only use these after I arrive at my destination to help me adjust to the time difference, but some people also use them during long flights to help them sleep.
Keep yourself hydrated.

Good for boredom, keeping your breath fresh, and helping your ears pop as they adjust to the change in altitude.
